Mike Letcher
President/CEO

 

The owner of BridgeGroup is Mike Letcher is a former City Manager who has over 30 years of top management experience in cities ranging from 6,000 in population to over 500,000. Mike is a recognized leader in municipal innovation with numerous awards and is a certified manager by the International City/County Management Association (ICMA). He is also certified in Total Quality Management (TQM) and has his Masters of Public Administration degree from the University of Kansas.


Larry Aldrich

Larry is a recognized leader in high performing private and non-profit organizations.  He currently serves as Chairman and Executive Director of the Arizona Business Coalition on Health, the first employer-driven (both public and private) membership organization in Arizona that focuses on improving the health of employees and reducing health costs for employers. 


Richard Harbaugh
Executive Manager

 

Richard has more than 28 years’ experience, from two states, with network and technology services. He has been living the fast lane of technology change and its impact on business operations and customer service/satisfaction. For the past 20 years he has provided technology services in the public sector for Local, Regional and State Public-Education-Government organizations.


Jill Morgan

Jill has 20 years of professional experience in a variety of settings:  nonprofits, city government, corporate business, and public and private schools.  Across sectors, Jill has directed strategic planning and quality improvement processes to enhance organizational operations and outcomes. 


Joe Vernier
Executive Manager

Joe brings nearly 40 years of state and municipal law enforcement experience to the table. He has worked in all facets of police administration with a 28-year career with the Colorado Springs Police Department and over 10-years as the Chief of Police for the City of Sedona, Arizona.
