The owner of BridgeGroup is Mike Letcher, a former City Manager who has over 30 years of top management experience in cities ranging from 6,000 in population to over 500,000. Mike is a recognized leader in municipal innovation with numerous awards and is a certified manager by the International City/County Management Association (ICMA). He is also certified in Total Quality Management (TQM) and has his Masters of Public Administration degree from the University of Kansas.
